How do I track my order?
To track your package: Go to Your Orders. Go to the order you want to track. Click Track Package next to your order (if shipped separately). Note: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery. To see estimated shipping times for your region, go to Global Shipping Times.
What are your delivery options?
We offer tracking services for all domestic and multi-national carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS.

Do you provide International delivery?
Effective April 7, 2020, the USPS received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States.
What is your return policy?
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Has to be in the original packaging.
